Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your BioVeritas Rx purchase. For your safety, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened and still sealed.

Returns

You may return unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

To start a return, email us at tammydye@baysidemedical.net or call (904) 217-4550 with your order number, and we will send you return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable except when we made an error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
