Cancellation policy

Subscriptions are not available yet

BioVeritas Rx does not currently offer subscriptions or automatic recurring orders. Every purchase is a one-time order, and you will not be charged again unless you place a new order.

When subscriptions become available

If we offer subscriptions in the future, these terms will apply:

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee.

To cancel, sign in to your customer account and cancel from your subscription settings, or contact us at tammydye@baysidemedical.net or (904) 217-4550.

Cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next order. Orders that have already been charged or shipped before you cancel are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

After you cancel, you will not be charged again, and we will email you a confirmation.

We will update this policy and notify subscribers before any change to these terms takes effect.
